Return and Exchange Policy
If for any reason you are not satisfied with the purchase, the unused items can be returned, with the customer bearing the shipping costs derived from the return, and receiving in exchange a voucher for the value of the product or a refund of the money.
SuKarma Online has a period of 10 business days, from the date your order is delivered to the address provided in the purchase, to request the return of the product. You must notify it, before the 10 business days are up, through one of our contact channels (telephone, whatsapp, mail, message on social networks).
The returned products can be exchanged for another product available in stock or for a gift card or they could be eligible for a refund.
Changes can be made in these two ways:
- In our store on Calle Derechos 32, Valencia. In this case, you can choose to exchange the product for another available in the physical store or for a gift card for the amount of the returned product. (THIS OPTION IS SUSPENDED FOR THE MOMENT UNTIL WE REOPEN THE PHYSICAL STORE)

**THE SHIPPING COSTS DERIVED FROM THE RETURN OF THE PRODUCTS ARE CHARGED BY THE CUSTOMER**
The product must be returned in optimal conditions, without traces of having been used and with the original labels. Once the product is received, we will verify its conditions and according to the results, a confirmation will be sent to you that your return has been approved. In the event that the return is rejected, we will send you an email explaining the reasons and we will leave the product at your disposal to pick it up again.
**Discounted items, accessories, underwear and shoes in principle cannot be returned or exchanged, unless expressly decided by the SuKarma team.**
To return the product you can use the same packaging in which we delivered your order or use a packaging of your choice, however it is important that the packaging is appropriate according to the nature of the product so that it cannot be affected during the process. Of transport.
The gift card to make a new purchase will be sent approximately 2 business days after receiving the product at our facilities.
The customer may return, without any cost, any product that has factory defects and in that case, a refund will be made to the payment method used in the purchase.
